How do these published articles and books connect to Conflict Coaching?

My published articles and books serve as a solid foundation to my work as a conflict coach. These publications sit at the intersection of high-stakes conflict, trauma, and human behavior, which are central to effective conflict management coaching. Knowledge from my published articles has solidified my ability to recognize when a situation requires specialized support, how to maintain appropriate boundaries, and how to guide clients in navigating conflict safely and responsibly. Similarly, my published books have deepened my understanding of trauma, resilience, identity, and emotional recovery. These publications have strengthened my capacity for empathy, trauma-informed practice, and sensitivity to clients lived experiences. Together, these works have enhanced my ability to support clients with awareness, care, and competence, especially when conflicts are layered with vulnerability, harm, or past trauma, while still empowering clients to build healthier ways of engaging with conflict. My work has centered on helping individuals navigate the profound emotional and social impacts that follow difficult and often traumatizing experiences.
