My Story

                                                     Dr. Lizyvette Ramos

My journey into conflict resolution began with a question: Why do so many people feel powerless in the face of conflict? The more I observed, the clearer it became that division, polarization, and hatred are symptoms of something deeper—our struggle to effectively communicate emotions and understand each other’s perspectives and differences. I built this business to change that. Through conflict coaching, I create informal, flexible spaces where individuals can face their fears by strengthening their emotional intelligence as a tool for understanding differences, and practice new ways of relating with respect and empathy. My passion for conflict resolution stems from a deep conviction that we can do better. With an interdisciplinary foundation spanning conflict coaching, conflict analysis & resolution, mediation, psychology, law, and intercultural competence, I empower people to find peace within themselves and in their relationships, because I believe true change starts with human connection. I help people discover their inner resilience and transform conflict into a bridge toward understanding and unity.

Professional Biography

A dedicated Conflict Management Coach, this professional brings a rich interdisciplinary background that integrates legal knowledge, psychological insight, and practical, client-centered experience to support individuals navigating complex conflicts. She holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Forensic Psychology, and a Doctorate in Conflict Analysis and Resolution, equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of human behavior, trauma, decision-making, and the structural dimensions of conflict in both personal and institutional settings. As a Certified CINERGY Conflict Management Coach and Certified Family Mediator, she is trained to empower clients to increase self-awareness, manage emotional triggers, and develop effective communication strategies that lead to constructive outcomes. Her professional experience as an instructor and teacher assistant reflects a strong ability to educate, guide, and facilitate growth, while her work as a parent liaison and interpreter highlights her skill in bridging cultural and communication gaps in sensitive situations. In addition, her roles as a victim advocate and case manager have provided extensive experience supporting individuals through high-stress, emotionally charged circumstances, strengthening their capacity for empathy, ethical practice, and trauma-informed coaching. This diverse background allows her to meet clients where they are, helping them unpack the root causes of conflict, build resilience, and transform challenging interactions into opportunities for clarity, empowerment, and meaningful change.
